The Certified Patient Access Management (C-PAM) - Foundational Level training is Dermsquared’s online training for patient and access management. The Foundational Level consists of four modules: 1) Biologic Coordinators: The MVPs That Make it Happen, 2) Documentation Best Practices, 3) ILUMYA tildrakizumab Sponsored Module, and 4) Managing Patient Expectations. At completion, the user is issued a certificate valid for 1 year.
