The Certified Patient Access Management (C-PAM) - Foundational Level training is Dermsquared’s online training site for patient and access management. The Foundational Level consists of four modules: 1) Managing Patient Expectations, 2) Understanding REMS Programs, 3) Documentation Best Practices, and 4) Speeding Up the Approval Process. At completion, the user is issued a certificate valid for 1 year.

C-PAM Live meeting attendees can enroll in this special test only certification. A passing score of 90% is required. Users may still enroll in the course if needed to complete certification; but if you pass this test, you do not need to enroll in the course.
